This Refund Policy applies to www.istedafah.com operated by Istedafah, Salalah, AL Najah Street, Code 211, Sultanate of Oman, (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Istedafah”).
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this policy. By purchasing services through the Istedafah website, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms, we ask that you do not use the services offered.
Booking Cancellation. If a Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking made via www.Istedafah.com, prior to the day of the stay, can click on cancel reservation button. If a Host wishs to cancel a confirmed booking, can contact the guest to cancel the reservation. Host is responsible to refund the service fees to the guest. Please also note any service fees paid to us directly are non-refundable either cancellation occurred by Guest or Host as we have upon completion of your booking fulfilled our contract with you.
Annual Lease and Paid Advertisement Subscription. If you have purchased a recurring subscription from us, the subscription period for your Account shall be renewed automatically at the expiry of each subscription period, until terminated successfully through our website.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise us or our related corporations to automatically charge the Fees. Unless otherwise notified in writing by us, termination of your Account for any reason whatsoever shall not entitle you to any refund of the Fees. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access your Account until the expiry of the subscription period in which the cancellation occurred.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, Istedafah will stop billing you until and unless you re-subscribe under your account. Any and all fees paid, and charges made prior to cancellation or termination of your account are non-refundable. If you have a recurring monthly subscription, all subscription amounts previously paid – including the amount paid for the month in which the cancellation occurs – are non-refundable.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. This might be for a number of reasons, such as to reflect a change in the law or to accommodate a change in our business practices and the way we operate. We recommend that you check here periodically for any changes.
