You can use Istedafah platform as a guest or tenant to search for any type of properties so that you can find either temporary accommodation of daily, weekly, or monthly rental for holidays, vacations, or permanent accommodation for annual contracts, the listing types include a basement, room, flat, or even a palace. On our platform, you will find any real estate you would like to rent. You can choose the accommodation type and the dates you will be spending in the real estate. Moreover, you can -act as a host or landlord- listing any type of real estate you have, in addition to the accommodation type and the period that you would like to offer for rent, on our platform.
There are two rental options on Istedafah platform which you can choose from: A short term stay for daily, weekly, or even monthly rentals for holidays and vacations, depending on the rules and regulations of the country where the accommodation is located. To choose this type of accommodation, please click on the search option (Vacation Rental). Secondly, if you are looking for a long term annual accommodation with contract, please click on the search option "Annual Lease", which includes Furnished and Unfurnished accommodations.
If you would like to get a temporary rental or accommodation for holidays and vacations, please enter the name of the city, the arrival and departure dates, and the number of guests using the search engine, and then click "Search". To get more specific results, use the filters to select your preferences. If you are interested in an annual lease agreement, enter the name of the city, and then select your arrival date and choose the option "Annual Rental Agreement" from the pop-up screen. After that, select the date of arrival, and then choose between furnished and unfurnished accommodation. Now click on "Search", and you can also get the previous findings by clicking on "Rental Type" at the top of the page.
Click on "Be a Host" at the top of the page, and choose "Real Estate" from the host dashboard and select "Add New Real Estate". Additionally, you can click on "Adding Real Estate" on the right side at the bottom of the page, and follow the easy steps to list your real estate.
On Istedafah, you can add properties of any type, such as basements, rooms, apartments, or even palaces. Essentially you can list any type of real estate you have.
The host can choose from two rental categories to list their property under on Istedafah. You can list under short term rentals for daily, weekly, or even monthly rental for Holidays & Vacations, by selecting "Holiday & Vacation Rental". Secondly, if you would like to offer your property for annual rental, click on "Annual Lease Agreement" to list your property, and include if it will be Furnished or Unfurnished.
You can update the details of your property from the host dashboard, by clicking on "properties " then select the property you wish to update, then click on "Edit listing".
Go to the host dashboard, next choose the property that you want to remove. After that, select "Delete Property"; this will lead to deleting all the details of the property. This option is not available if there is an active reservation on property that you are trying to delete.
On the host dashboard, choose "properties", and then select the property that you want to disable or freeze. Select option "Disable property". This will make your property invisible, which means it will not appear in search results. By disabling/ freezing your real estate or property, you will not lose any of your listed real estate details. This option will not work if there is an active reservation on the real estate or property that you choose to disable/ freeze.
On the host's dashboard of Istedafah platform, choose "properties", choose the property that you want to disable or freeze. Next, select "Edit Listing", "Unavailability", "Create Unavailability", and then insert the dates. After choosing this option, your real estate or property will become invisible during the period that you have selected, which means it will not appear in the search results during that period. By disabling/ freezing your real estate or property for a specified period, you will not lose any of your listed real estate details. This option will not work if there is an active reservation on the property.
On the host dashboard, choose "properties " and then choose the real estate or property that you want to delete. Then choose "Delete property". After choosing that option, your real estate/ property will be deleted, and you will also lose the details of that property. This option will not work if there is an active reservation on your property that you choose to delete.
You can deactivate your account by going to "Manage Account" from the list, and then choose "login and Security", "Deactivate Your Account". This will not lead to losing any of your details after you deactivate your account. You can also reactivate your account at any time. This option will not work for you as a host if there is an active reservation on any of your real estate/ property.
No, you will only pay the service fees to Istedafah website at the time of booking a reservation. You will pay the remaining reservation amount directly to the host when checking in to the property or accommodation.
Service fees for Istedafah website are paid via a credit card. The reservation amount, can be paid to the host upon check-in using any of the payment methods they accept, these can be found at the bottom of the page of the property Details.
All reservation amounts are received directly from the guest by the host upon check-in without any interference by Istedafah. Istedafah does not process any reservation dues, nor do we facilitate any money transfer between the guest and host. The platform feature "Payment Methods" is utilized by the host to select their preferred payment methods which they will receive payment from the guest/ tenant.
Yes, you can change it at any time by deleting the current reservation and making a new one with the new changes. However, you will be charged the service fees of the new reservation.
The guest can cancel the reservation at any time no less than 24 hours before check-in. The service fees that were collected at the reservation time are non-refundable. On the other hand, if the host wants to cancel the reservation, they have to call the guest and ask them to cancel their reservation. In this case, the host is responsible for refunding the service fees to the guest.
In addition to Istedafah's service charges, there may be additional service fees that have to be paid directly to the host, such as laundry, meals, transportation service, etc. These additional fees can be viewed in the "Offered Services" section in Property Details.
Yes, the final price includes all of the taxes, and there are no other hidden fees.
By clicking on the property in the search results page, you will find all the details, delivered services, amenities, house rules, accepted payment methods of the host, and so on.
You can communicate with the host before or after reservation by clicking on "Contact Host" to send them a direct message regarding any additional inquiries or needs concerning their property.
You can verify your account by uploading your required ID in your account below personal information. We strongly recommend that you verify your account.
You can change either of them at any time by going to your account, click on "Personal Information", where you can change your email or phone number. You can change your password under the section "Login and Security".
To add your preferred payment methods, Log In to your account and select from the menu under "Payment Methods".
